The company’s mission is to provide the highest quality machines and solutions respecting the principles of sustainable development and energy efficiency. High energy efficiency means lower energy consumption and lower losses. In this way, our products contribute to reducing the carbon footprint of customers, which has a positive effect on the natural environment.

We specialize in machines for the recovery of raw materials and energy so that by using them more widely, we can favorably reduce the impact of the industry on the natural environment.

In addition, we manufacture and test our machines using renewable energy, i.e. energy from our own photovoltaic farm. In this way, we reduce our impact on the natural environment already at the stage of designing and manufacturing the machines.

AI ROBOTIC SORTERS

We have developed robotic sorters equipped with AI-based vision systems.

Our sorters enable the sorting of difficult materials that previously had to be sorted manually.

We currently offer sorters for:

– mixed heavy metal scrap (including: milling cutters, turning inserts, wire drawing dies, WC mandrels, and others),

– neodymium magnets, which the system selects from among similar-looking metal sheets,

– others, such as batteries and plastic purification, etc.

Our solutions are developed from the ground up and tailored to specific materials.

Robotic recycling

A robotic system for dismantling computer hard drives, developed as part of research projects.

The hard drives are unscrewed and disassembled automatically, enabling environmentally friendly processing and high-quality metal recycling.

HDD recycling also ensures 100% secure and irreversible data destruction, along with the data carriers, through a physical process of destroying the platters after disassembly.

We guarantee secure and environmentally friendly destruction of data and storage media in an alternative method to shredding.
